Was nutzt der Beste Traffic...

... wenn der User an der Usability scheitert.
Häufig erreichen mich Anfragen von Unternehmen, die Traffic einkaufen oder mich als Berater buchen wollen um den Traffic auf ihren Präsenzen zu erhöhen. Trafficgenerierung ist sicherlich für jedes Unternehmen interessant, aber wenn man sich so manch einen Onlineshop oder manche Webseiten genauer betrachtet stellt man schnell fest, dass auch große Trafficmassen nicht den gewünschten Erfolg bringen. Oftmals ist die Usability so schlecht, dass ein User sich in den Seiten nicht zurechtfindet und schnell verschwindet. Dann ist das Geweine groß, denn es wurde Geld für Marketingaktionen ausgegeben, die komplett ins leere laufen. Aber was macht eine gute Usability aus?

Mein Kollege Johannes hat sich auf ShopUsability spezialisiert und mit Hilfe von Focus-Groups die wichtigesten Usability-Faktoren ausgearbeitet.

Momentan bietet er ein kostenloses Usability-Tool namens SUIX an mit dem Shopbetreiber ihre Seite optimieren lassen können.

Wer etwas mehr Wert auf Sals und gute Conversionrates legt dem empfehle ich das ShopLupe Usability-Zertifikat, bei dem der Shop auf Herz und Nieren geprüft und ein Optimierungskonzept erstellt wird.

Geld verloren - Google hilft!

Heuter erreichte mich folgende Mail aus dem Hause Google AdSense. Anscheinend habe ich vor einiger Zeit vergessen einen der monatlichen AdSense-Schecks einzulösen, bevor ich meine Zahlungen auf Banküberweisung geändert habe. Das hat Google jetzt gemerkt und schreibt mir den Betrag erneut auf meinem AdSense-Konto gut...
